What is the “Contest of Driving Proficiency”?

It is a small course of skill at the wheel of a standard car during which the participant will have to cope with a succession of difficult situations with coolness, precision and quickness. For the participants, it is a matter of mastering the car while controlling oneself at the same time, unless it is the opposite !
